We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service.
We use information to:
We do not use your content to train our models. Where supported by our AI providers, we disable the use of your content for training.
We share information only as needed to run the Service.
We use third-party providers to host the Service and perform business functions on our behalf, such as infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, security, support, and AI functionality. These may include:
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Bravo, our users, or others.
If Bravo AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, bankruptcy, or other transaction in which another party takes control of all or part of our business, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may create and use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that does not reasonably identify you in order to analyze, operate, secure, and improve the Service and our business.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (for example, maintaining conversation history, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations).
Deletion requests: You can request deletion of your data by emailing gdpr@bravo.ai. We will delete or de-identify your data unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. If you accidentally delete something, contact us and we can likely recover it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We separate and protect personal information using reasonable security controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to make the Service function, such as maintaining authentication sessions and other core product behavior on Bravo domains.
We also use limited analytics tools, including Amplitude, to understand product usage and improve the Service. These tools may set cookie or similar identifiers to help us understand usage patterns over time.
We do not use advertising-targeting cookies. If you block or delete functional cookies, parts of the Service may stop working correctly.
Bravo AI is based in the United States, and we and our service providers may process and store your information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your country of residence.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or request restriction of certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To make a privacy request, contact us at gdpr@bravo.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make about your request or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, including changes to how we access, use, store, or share Google user data (for example, Gmail, Calendar, or Drive data), we will update the effective date and notify you by email and/or an in-product notice before the changes take effect.
Bravo AI's use and transfer of information received from Chrome and from user interactions is limited to providing and improving the user-facing functionality of the Service, complying with applicable law, and preventing fraud and abuse. We do not sell user data and we do not use it for advertising targeting. We restrict internal access to user content and only review it when necessary for support, security, or legal compliance.
Bravo AI Sidebar lets you optionally connect your Google account to answer questions about what you are viewing in Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive, and to run user-initiated search (for example: summarize an email thread, summarize a calendar event, or locate and summarize a Drive document). Connecting Google is opt-in. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes Bravo AI Sidebar's access.
When connected, Bravo AI Sidebar requests the following read-only OAuth scopes:
gmail.readonlycalendar.readonlydrive.readonlyWe use these permissions only to retrieve the minimum data needed to perform the user-requested action. The Google permissions Bravo AI requests are read-only. They do not permit Bravo AI to send email, change Gmail labels or settings, create or modify calendar events, or create, edit, delete, move, or share Google Drive files.
Bravo AI Sidebar does not store or retain your Gmail, Calendar, or Drive content as a separate database of emails, events, or files. Data retrieved from Google is used to generate the response. We store the conversation and an agent execution trace (for example, prompts, tool calls, timestamps, and other operational metadata) to provide the service and debug issues; this trace may include the specific snippets of Google content that were necessary to answer the user's request, in addition to what appears in the chat. We may retain minimal operational logs that do not include message/file contents.
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
