Connecting integrations

Gmail (summarize threads, search inbox), Google Calendar (find meetings, summarize events), and Google Drive (search files, get quick summaries and answers).

Google integrations are connected separately from Bravo sign-in and can be managed at Dashboard → Connections.

Why connect Google?

Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive gives Bravo read-only access to the tools where your work already lives, so it can answer questions using your actual emails, meetings, and documents instead of generic guesses.

Gmail lets Bravo search and summarize email threads and drafts. Google Calendar lets it find events and pull details like time, guests, location, and description. Google Drive lets it find files, read Docs, Sheets, Slides, and PDFs, and surface details like owners, last editor, sharing status, and comments.

  • Gmail: "Find the last email from Sarah about pricing," "Summarize this thread," "Do I have any unread emails with PDF attachments?"
  • Google Calendar: "What meetings do I have this week?", "When is my next 1:1 with Alex?", "What's the location for tomorrow's design review?"
  • Google Drive: "Find the latest budget spreadsheet," "Summarize the project plan doc," "Who owns this file and are there any comments on it?"

Google permissions

Bravo requests certain Google permissions (OAuth scopes) to power its Gmail, Calendar, and Drive integrations. For details on each scope and how it's used, see the Privacy Policy.

Google account mismatch

This means the Google account in your browser tab differs from the one connected to Bravo. Switch to the correct account in the browser tab, or reconnect via Dashboard → Connections.
