Chrome extension issues
- Chrome's Enhanced Protection may show a "not trusted" warning for newer extensions. This is normal — Bravo is reviewed by Google.
- Make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions.
- Try refreshing the page or restarting Chrome.
- Another extension may be conflicting. Disable all except Bravo, then re-enable one by one.
Getting logged out frequently
Usually caused by an ad blocker blocking cookies from *.bravo.ai. Configure your ad blocker to allow them. Bravo does not serve ads.
AI responses slow or stuck
- If just one message: cancel it via the stop button and retry.
- If all messages: check your internet connection. Public wifi sometimes blocks streaming.
- Close and reopen the sidebar. Messages time out after ~15 minutes.
Reporting bugs
- If there's an issue with a specific message, click the thumbs down icon on that message.
- You can also tell Bravo directly — it'll forward your feedback straight to the team.
